Hands up anyone who had to deal with dead phone batteries at least once during a trip. Here I am! 🙂
Fortunately, technology evolves so fast, and nowadays we have a very helpful object we could have not imagine some years ago: portable chargers!
Now, let me be honest: I don’t like portable chargers. I think they’re very uncomfortable to use, because you always need to pay attention to them to remain stuck to your phone. Also, they usually are too big for my liking.
This was my thought until I used Rivapower, the RIVACASE portable charger.
Let me explain you why I changed my mind about portable chargers.

The Rivapower VA 2204 portable charger is a white, slim rectangle, with a 4000 mAh capacity rechargeable battery, and it’s compatible with all popular models of smartphone and tablet.
As you can see, you just need to plug your device into the Rivapower output, and the charging will start automatically (you don’t need to turn-on or off any button).
You can check the status of the battery pressing the button on its body: 4 LED indicators will show the remaining power.
They say that it can charge smartphones up to 2 times, but honestly I used it more than twice, and I was pretty surprised about its long performance.
Once the portable battery is out of power, you just need to charge it, using the USB output.
THE BEST PART
I did not tell you the best part yet, the real reason why I love this item: one of the battery side is fully covered with small suction cup pads. Thanks to them, you can stick the battery to your phone to hold it together while charging.
