In the heart of Rome, Guerra pasta factory is a small little place, extremely typical to buy fresh pasta, and also to eat it on the spot for a very low price.

It sells fresh pasta per kilo that you can cook at home, but you can also buy a plate of cooked pasta and eat it there, breathing the typical athmosfere of the ancient pasta factory.

Every day it offers two different types of pasta with two different toppings: for just 4 Euros, you’ll eat pasta generously and drink water as much as you want.

pastificio guerraThe restaurant is very small, and if you decide to eat there you must do it standing, but the food quality is consistently high. Don’t let the row dissuade you to entry: it’s only because the pasta is cooked in the moment, the staff is really quick J

If you are in the center of Rome at lunch or dinner time, I highly recommend to go to Guerra pasta factory to enjoy a good traditional pasta 🙂
